Support Level Options for the CRYPTO-BOX System

MARX provides individual support levels for the CRYPTO-BOX System. Our goal is to ensure easy accessible and fast support for all your protection and licensing solutions.


You can choose between three support level options:

1. Premium Support

  • Free software updates for the CRYPTO-BOX Protection Kit during the service contract duration.
  • Discount for optional components Remote Update (RUMS), Network License Control (LCS), Document and Media Protection, Cloud Security, etc.
  • Access to the Online Support Ticket System, phone and email support.
  • Implementation support (programming support) for max. 3 cases per year up to 10 hours during the time of the contract, and 40% discount on additional programming support.
  • Unlimited warranty for all CRYPTO-BOX hardware during the time of the contract and payment of the support level Premium.

2. Business Support

  • Free software updates for the CRYPTO-BOX Protection Kit during the service contract duration.
  • Access to the Online Support Ticket System.
  • 3 years warranty for all CRYPTO-BOX hardware.

Customers with an annual turnover of $7500/5000€, automatically receive an upgrade to free Business Support Level for 12 months.

3. Economy Support

  • Standard support level with the purchase of CRYPTO-BOX products (not included are customers with bulk discount contracts or individual support contracts).
  • Free software updates for the CRYPTO-BOX Protection Kit for 90 days after the initial purchase.
  • Access to the Online Support Ticket System for 90 days after the initial purchase.
