  • Support flat rate for one year

  • The initial delivery includes the PPK (Professional Protection Kit) with automatic protection (AutoCrypt), libraries, API sample codes, and CRYPTO-BOX configuration tools

  • Software Updates for the Smarx OS Professional Protection Kit (PPK) incl. automatic protection (AutoCrypt), libraries,
    API sample codes, and CRYPTO-BOX configuration tools, are included during the contract duration.

  • Online Support Tickets are included during the contract duration
    (12 tickets per year)

  • Phone or email support: A fee is charged on a time/effort basis

  • Customized hardware developments and modifications charged on a time basis

  • CRYPTO-BOX firmware updates for remote update capable hardware for
    fee-per-case charge CRYPTO-BOX customer specific programming or
    re-programming for a fee-per-case charge, FOB MARX facility
    (customer specific programming $1.95/1,95€ per unit;
    re-programming of returned units $3.45/3,45€ per unit)

The following table contains a comparison of the services of the available support options. Economy support is included by default when buying CRYPTO-BOX units, business and premium support can be subscribed optionally. For customers with special terms separate support options may apply.

Software updates for Redistributable Components (CRYPTO-BOX Drivers, Network Server, MARX Analyzer Diagnostic Tool, Cloud Security Client Setup, etc.).

Software updates for the Professional Protection Kit (PPK) incl. automatic protection (AutoCrypt), libraries, API sample codes, and CRYPTO-BOX configuration tools.
