Login to marx.com and access to Support and Downloads

In May we relaunched our website www.marx.com. Since then we received questions from our customers concerning changes and improvements. We would like to share the most common questions and answers with you.


1. Why do I have to login to the MyMARX account?

Registering at MyMARX offers you the following benefits:

  • Using our online ordering system.
  • Overview about recent orders.
  • Review order status and tracking of dispatched deliveries.
  • Access to tools and samples in the Download area.
  • Usage of the support ticket system (for Business or Premium Support Level, see also point 3).

2. Why does my existing MyMARX-Login, which was created on your old website, not work anymore on the revised site?

You will only have access to your existing MYMARX account if you placed orders through our previous order system and/or used the support ticket function in the past. The only thing you need to do is resetting your password. After that you can login as usual and access your existing data.
If you created an account on the old site, but did not initiate any order or support tickets, then your account was deleted. Please register a new MyMARX account in that case.


3. How can I use the support ticket system?

You need a MyMARX-Login (see point 1), and a valid Business or Premium Support Level option (see point 5).


4. Why do I not have access to all components offered in the download area?

CRYPTO-BOX drivers and other components which are intended for installation on the end-user site are offered for free download. Some components (sample code or merge modules for implementation into your own installations) will require a MyMARX login (see point 1). For the components marked with "This download requires a valid support option", a valid Business or Premium support contract is required (see point 5).


5. Which support options are available?

More details on all support level options can be found on this page. Please scroll down to review details and prices for all support options.
New customers will automatically receive Business Support for 90 days after the initial purchase.
Existing customers with an annual turnover of $3000/3000€, automatically will receive an upgrade to free Business Support Level for 12 months.
Check your MyMARX account to review your current support level status.
