Pre-Boot Authentication with the CRYPTO-BOX

In the last 30 years the BIOS took care of starting each PC. But things have changed: meanwhile UEFI has replaced the BIOS as the "PC brain stem", including GUI support, integrated applications and faster startup on the plus side.

Our new UEFI Loader opens new possibilities in conjunction with the CRYPTO-BOX:

• The operating system will start only if a valid CRYPTO-BOX is connected
   
• Startup may be limited to a certain CRYPTO-BOX (depending on its serial number), a "Super-Key" can be defined as fallback or for Administrative purposes
